และมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี

1)    ชาวต่างด้าวทำงานกับบริษัทที่มีทุนจดทะเบียนชำระแล้วไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ล้านบาทต่อชาวต่างด้าว 1 คน

2)   ชาวต่างด้าวทำงานกับบริษัทที่มีลูกจ้างคนไทย 4 คนต่อชาวต่างด้าว 1 คน

3)  วิชาชีพที่ชาวต่างด้าวทำถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย

       Any foreigner working in Thailand must obtain a Work Permit

before beginning work. For apply the general work permit, there has the

basic consideration as follows:

1)    For the foreigner workers who work with the company whose

business have a registered paid-up capital of not less than 2 million

baht per 1 foreigner.  

2)     For the foreigners who work with the company who employ four

Thai workers; a work permit will be issued to a foreigner for every

four Thai workers.

3)    The position of the foreigner should not be prohibited by laws.
