กรณีเพื่อศึกษาในสถานศึกษา

1)  สถานศึกษานั้นได้รับอนุญาตให้ประกอบกิจการจากส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2)  ได้รับการรับรองและร้องขอจากสถานศึกษานั้น

กรณีเป็นครอบครัวของคนต่างด้าวที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ ในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราวเพื่อศึกษาในสถานศึกษา

(เฉพาะบิดา มารดา คู่สมรส บุตร บุตรบุญธรรม หรือบุตรของคู่สมรส)

1)  มีหลักฐานแสดงความสัมพันธ์ และ

2)  กรณีคู่สมรสต้องมีความสัมพันธ์กันทั้ง ทางนิตินัยและพฤตินัย หรือ

3)  กรณีบุตร บุตรบุญธรรม หรือบุตรของ คู่สมรสขออยู่ในความอุปการะ บุตร บุตรบุญธรรม หรือบุตรของคู่สมรสนั้น

ต้องยังไม่ได้สมรส และอยู่อาศัยเป็นส่วนแห่งครัวเรือนนั้น และต้องมีอายุ ไม่เกิน 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ หรือ

4)  กรณีบิดาหรือมารดา ต้องมีเงินฝากใน ธนาคารในประเทศไทยในนามบิดาหรือมารดาไม่น้อยกว่า 500,000

 บาท โดย แสดงบัญชีเงินฝากย้อนหลัง 3 เดือน

 In the case of enrollment in private educational institution

1) The particular educational institution holds a license from the competent

authority to operate;

2)  Confirmation and request has been made by that particular institution.

In the case of a family menber of an alien who has been permitted to stay

temporarily in Thailand for study in educational institution (applicable only

to parents, spouse, children, adopted child or the child of his/her spouse)

1)  Proof of family reationship ;

2)  In the case of spouse, the marital relationship shall be de jure

(legitimate) and de facto; or

3)  In the case of a child, adopted child or child of his/her spouse, the said

person must not be married, must be living with the applicant, and must be

less than 20 years of age; or

4)  In the case of parents, there must be an account deposit with a local bank

made in the name of father or mother of not less than Bath 500,000 as

shown in bank account transactions for the past 3 moths

1.     รูปถ่ายขนาด 4 x 6 ซม. จำนวน 1 รูป

2.     สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง (พร้อมรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง) 

       Copy of passport

3.    หนังสือรับรองจากหน่วยงานของรัฐระดับกรมหรือเทียบเท่าที่รับผิดชอบสถานศึกษานั้นๆทั้งนี้ให้ปรากฏรายละเอียดเกี่ยว

       กับจำนวนปีการศึกษา ระดับการศึกษา หลักสูตรหรือทุน และผลการศึกษาของผู้ร้องด้วย
       A certified document from the School Director or Principal of that Education Institute.

       The document must contain the following details about the applicant.  

       1.     Name, Family name
       2.     Age, Nationality
       3.     Passport number
       4.     Total academic years
       5.     Level of education
       6.     Curriculum
       7.     Funding
       8.     Education transcript of the applicant.  

4.     ใบอนุญาตให้เป็นครูใหญ่ (สช.8) หรือใบอนุญาตให้เป็นผู้จัดการ (สช.5)    

        The permit / certificate to be School Manager  (Sor Shor 5) or Principal      (Sor Shor 8)   

5.     ใบอนุญาตให้จัดตั้งโรงเรียน (สช.2)    

        School license / Permit (Sor Shor 2) 

6.    ถ้าพำนักอยู่กับบิดามารดาให้นำหลักฐานการเป็นบิดามารดากับบุตรมาแสดง พร้อมทั้งหลักฐานการได้รับอนุญาตของบิดา

       มารดา ด้วย หรือถ้ามิได้พำนักอาศัย อยู่กับบิดามารดาต้องระบุว่าอาศัยอยู่กับผู้ใด ที่ใด เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอะไรกัน  ปัจจุบัน

       บิดามารดาอยู่ที่ใดและเหตุที่เข้ามาศึกษา   

In case of staying with parents, evidence showing relationship between father or mother and children, along with a copy of passport of father or mother is required.
In case of not staying with parents, the applicant must inform with whom he / she stays, what the relationship between the applicant and the person who he / she stays with is, where the applicant's parents are, and the reason why the applicant studies inThailand
